Born and reared in Fairhope, AL. Graduated from Fairhope High School, Fairhope, AL in 2002 and graduated from the University of Alabama, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning.

Real Estate Education and Experience
Has been employed with Courtney & Morris, Inc. since March, 2007 as a real estate appraiser and broker.  Previously affiliated with Magnolia Trace Real Estate in Point Clear, Alabama handling commercial, residential, and land transactions.  Spring 2006 internship position with Security Federal Bank, Tuscaloosa, Alabama in the Mortgage Lending Department.  Currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Real Property Appraiser.  Successfully completed the following real estate courses administered by the Alabama Association of Real Estate Appraisers (AAREA):  General Real Estate Appraisal Applications, Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal, and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  Successfully completed the following courses administered by McKissock, LP:  Residential Market Analysis and Highest & Best Use; Residential Report Writing and Case Studies; Residential Appraiser Site Valuation and Cost Approach; and Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches.  Has also attended appraisal related seminars and courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute.
